Check in time: Normally after 4:00 PM. Please advise us if you check-in early or if a late arrival is expected.
Check out time: 12 Noon.
Cancellations: We require two days notice to cancel a weeknight reservation, seven days notice to cancel a weekend (Fri. or Sat.) reservation. For reservations of 3 or more rooms the notice to cancel is is 7 days for a weeknight or 14 days for a weekend (Fri-Sat). There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled in a timely manner, or if we are able to re-rent the room. All cancellations shall be made via phone to assure receipt in a timely manner and are not valid until they are confirmed by the Innkeeper with a valid cancellation nr.
Credit Cards: We run an authorization on your credit card 5 days before arrival to verify funds, however, we charge once you get here. Should you have given us a Debit Card Nr upon reservation, this transaction might show up as a pending charge on your bank account.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the inn. Smoking is limited to outside areas, including the garden, verandas or the private decks of the Mozart and Vivaldi rooms.
